This past May, we started crowdfunding our new product “MIZSEI Microbubble Showerhead” on the U.S. crowdfunding site “Indiegogo”.

And at the end of September, as we closed our crowdfunding, we have launched our own eCommerce business website (https://mizseishower.com/) in the U.S. to start selling our products.

Recently, we have found out that an unrelated company or organization is using our company name, logo, and website contents on a U.S. crowdfunding site called “Duntap” without our permission or without asking for funding.

We, as the U.S. distributor, have sent a message to remove it immediately, but there has been no response from them.

We are not involved in the crowdfunding on "Duntap" in any way, and as far as we can tell, there are no agencies or other organizations that fund crowdfunding on "Duntap". And we cannot compensate for any damage caused by the crowdfunding on "Duntap".

We ask that you to be aware of this and carefully make your purchases.

We will continue to investigate this matter and, if necessary, will consider taking appropriate legal action.
